Regarding the experience

What can I expect from The Spot Experience?

Fever Originals has been curating a series of exciting and immersive dining experiences across the globe, finding unique venues to provide a truly unique and culinary experiences.

Now we’re launching The Spot Experience, a series of exclusive dinners in venues where dinner is usually not served—and, in some cases, where access to the public is limited. For the first time, unique settings like theaters, museums, remote landscapes, emblematic streets, aquariums, and more are made accessible to dine in across the world. Take a break from your routine and enjoy a delectable chef-prepared meal in this unforgettable experience!

Regarding access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within 15 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

We can allow entry if you are up to 15 minutes late. Any later than that and you will not be able to experience the full event and we can refuse entry at the venue’s discretion. However, we will always do our best to accommodate each and every guest.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Is there an age requirement?

12 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. You must be 18+ (21+ in the US) with a valid ID to consume alcohol.

Where can I get tickets?

On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store.
On the Fever website

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Changes of date and/or time are subject to availability. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
